Hey Professionals, I'm sure you might've a consequent headache everyday due to your hectic work pressure :-(

But this Pre-plan before your resignation from any jobs will help you in a lot of ways.

Let me tell you how in a short time with you through my new article.

When I left a job which I stayed for a two years, it did not come as sudden to me. It came as a shock from the management. It was the same kind of shocking news for my parents who could not accept my choice to further my studies on the track.

I kicked the dust off my feet and moved on.

A few months later, one of the former employee crossed path with me. We had no sour ties so it was a joyful coincident. He sat for a course over his off days in a wish to be an estate agent. He was in the service longer than I was. As he had children and wife, his challenge was at its peak, financially.

Quitting a job is not as simple as just throwing down a resignation letter.

What can you do to take your leave graciously from your job?

This is the crucial step before you resign unless you are mentally pushed to the corner. At all cost, do not end your life because of family pressure or the job.

Keep a watchful eye and listening ear for these six strategies before quitting your job!

1. While you are still employed, be mindful of your environment. When the situation gets a little heavy, assess if scouting for other jobs will be better. Review again if staying in the job too long contributed to the effect of old office politics from the past generation.

2. Don’t quit immediately without having some savings to last at least 6 months. You’ll cause yourself more anxiety. Target. Plan. Save an amount per month till the time you have enough. You’ll see more confidence in leaving.

3. Quietly have your interviews and job application done
Do not use the working hours to find a job from your company’s desktop. Do not apply for jobs that did not declare openly its company’s name. You might accidentally apply for job positions in your current company. Your managers will know that you wanted to leave.

4. Do not discuss your leaving plans with your colleagues. Sometimes the thought of leaving comes casually. Your colleagues might pass on the wrong message to your bosses. Before you mean it, the company will expect to receive your resignation letter. Don’t be foolish to share your plans with everyone. Remember that colleagues are not friends.

5. Leave in peace. The intoxicated people don’t matter. They are outsiders or passers-by only in your life. Exit nicely. You might need testimonials from your colleagues in the future. So, deal with people on a fair basis. Not too close and not t0o far by rapport.

6. Only leave immediately if you are mentally tortured. Mental health is crucial. Love yourself more than you love your job. However, be ready to take up temporary jobs that come along the way. We are all playing from time to get where is suitable for us.

Do a fair and practical life hacks. Only you know it based on your situation.
