Framework your Goals:

When we are talking about goals, it's doesn't mean not only writing down your resolutions for this new year 2022 but also creating a framework to achieve those goals mostly. 

But writing down your goals for this new year 2022 will definitely help you to keep your focus and consistency on that. Frame-working your goals through these simple steps suggested below:

  1. Take your diary or any digital device and write down as well as categorize your goals that need to be achieved in 2022.
  2. Such as categorize like this Physical, Mental, Financial and Learning also consolidate only which can achievable.

As I've told you in the frame working on your goals strategy, keep tracking your milestones also plays a crucial role in your pathway of achieving goals. 

Tracking your progress is the only way that you are going in the correct path and to make sure that any upcoming collisions. Looking back on the days, weeks, months you have completed will also boost your motivation to go further towards the path to achieve those goals. 

Everybody is tracking their progress or milestones in their own way; some may do it every day manually and mostly tracking in any APP will get you notified every day. Any tool or APP on the internet will help your milestones tracking well; Pick a one and keep tracking your milestones.

Deep work restricts certain things like No mobile calls, No notification, No social media, and not even your business or personal E-mails. When you are ignoring these and intended to do this deep work, it'll definitely lead to the successful completion of any task without any manual errors.

Why deep work and how to incorporate it?

It's important for everyone literally should adopt this deep work strategy in their working style; After adapting to this strategy slowly you can able to realize these five gifts;
  • You can see the productivity
  • Extraordinary in the work
  • Quality time saved for your loved ones and family
  • Hobbies can be utilized for more time
  • Time for you to pursue your passion
You can start with 30 minutes and try to sustain until 2 hrs. of deep work at the moment; slowly you can increase your deep work up to 4 hours. More than the physical power your willpower is the important one here in deep work. So, prepare your mindset before you start this deep work strategy.

Since human willpower also physical energy have proven to be their peak in the morning, try doing the deep work in the morning; Be ready with your coffee at the desk and start doing the deep work until it's completed or until your own determined time-bound.

Even though if you don't have enough time make sure to spend at least 5-7 minutes doing every activity as per your schedule. This will help you maintain consistency; I'm damn sure that scheduling your daily habits along with consistency will play an important role in your goals.

Well, finally if you have any bad habits, don't try to quit instantly; Instead, try to tighten your schedule to don't even give enough time for your bad habit; Soon or later you will definitely lose interest in that bad habit lack of time.

Reduce Unwanted Social Media Usage:

All of you might be aware this topic should be enlisted, isn't it? Just similar to the Alcoholics and dopers, in this digital era of social media or smartphone addicts literally 90% of us are already aware of what we are consuming more, and still, we are unable to quit or put some time-bound for this habit.

A recent study conducted in India by an NGO says that the increased woman, child-abusing, and other anxiety or stress disorders are due to this social media over-usage only. I'm not an enemy of social media, but it needs to be guide-lined or framed in a chivalrous manner.

If your work is totally dependent on social media as a digital marketing, social media influencer then it's absolutely fine in a time-framed manner.

However, social medial is as similar as alcohol or dope which drastically reduces your real-time social plugin with your family, friends, and loved ones.

Scheduling this social media usage also will help you stay focused on your passions and maintain better phycological health.

Stay Motivated and Healthy:
